1 c wild rice
1 tbsp oil
1 1/4 boneless breasts
2 carrots
1 tbsp rosemary
1 1/4 dijon mustard
1/4 c and 2 tbsp orange marmalade
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Cook rice per instructions

In a large non stick skillet heat the oil.
3.
Saute the chicken and carrots 3-4 minutes
4.
Stir in Rosemary; cook chicken until done 4-5 minutes
5.
Stir in marmalade,mustard,garlic and pepper. Add rice and toss to combine.
