1/4 cup oil
1/2-1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup blueberries
1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with fork; stir in milk and oil. Blend in dry ingredients and stir until flour is moistened. Carefully blend in blueberries. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
