1 Galon Vitamin D Milk ( Braums brand is best)
2 tablespoons Laban

rinse bottom of pot with water and empty water ( prevents milk from sticking to bottom)
Pour milk in pot and bring to boil ( watch closely once milk starts rising turn fire off)
Let the milk cool down to 110 F
Poor In a large plastic container
Mix 2 tablespoon of Laban and stir well
Cover with lid and put 2 kitchen towels around
Leave overnight
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before using
Once cold stir well so Laban won't separate

When you Laban has cooled down make sure to put some Laban (4 tablespoons) in a small container for use as starter for the next batch
If a thick layer forms while cooling the milk you can remove and throw away.
For Labneh : put 2 kitchen paper towels in a colander and put colander In another container, put Laban and let drain for at least 4-5 hours
