1 package (3 oz) sugar free Raspberry Jello
1 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water
1 can 15 oz. whole cranberry sauce
1 can 8 oz. mandarin oranges (cut up and well drained)
1 can 15 oz. crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Dissolve package of sugar free Jello in boiling water; add cold water. Refrigerate until nearly set (syrupy). Add all other ingredients. Return to refrigerator until firm.

Double or triple the recipe for a group. A friend of mine gave me this recipe to take to a holiday covered dish dinner. It disappeared quickly. Since it was the holidays, I used regular cranberry Jello instead of sugar free raspberry. Either way, it it delicious!
