6 cans mock duck (Companion Mun Cha'i Ya)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 minced garlic cloves
2 - 3 tablespoons grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Break the mock duck into bite sized pieces. Marinate in the sauce (combine all the other ingredients and whisk well) for about 10 minutes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, turning pieces over every 15 minutes.

Serve with rice.
