Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6# ground beef 2# ground pork
1 stalk celery / use peeler to clean stalks
6-8 large peeled carrots 1-2 onions
3 #10 cans of tomato sauce or puree (sauce w/o any seasonings)
salt pepper accent salt garlic powder chicken base

non-stick cooking spray for pans

Directions:
Directions:
Use Cuisinart to finely chop vegetables. In large roasting pan, mix beef and pork together and cook in oven at 350º. After about 5 minutes, stir meat. Try to crumble to keep it in small pieces. Season w/salt and pepper. Place ground/mixed vegetables over the top of meat. Continue to cook until meat and vegetables are fully cooked. Blend everything together while cooking.

Pour tomato sauces into a very large pan and let simmer while meat is cooking. When meat is done, use a potato masher to break meat apart or crumble between your hands. Place meat into sauce pan and stir. Keep watch by stirring not to burn. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. After the sauce comes to a boil, taste and add accent salt to taste. Then add a couple tablespoons of chicken base. Let everything simmer together. Be careful not to add too much accent or chicken base - can become too salty.
