1 can Tender Bits, quartered (reserve liquid)
1 cup chopped onion
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (reserve liquid)
1 cup chopped celery
4 tablespoons oil
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 can liquid (combine tender bit broth with mushroom liquid, add water as needed)
1 1/2 cups raw cashews
1 large can Chow Mein noodles
Breading meal for the Tender Bits
1 can water chestnuts - if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and celery in the oil; set aside. Fry the Tender Bits (breaded) and combine with the saute mixture. Mix well with all other ingredients, and put into and oiled casserole dish (9x13) to bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
