Alfredo Sauce Recipe

1/2 cup (1stick) butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/8 tsp. black pepper
pinch of salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 12oz. box fettucine pasta
or your choice of pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat

Add garlic, cream, pepper and salt to butter and simmer; continue stirring sauce while cooking or it will burn. Turn heat down if mixture reaches a rapid boil or it could boil over; continue to simmer sauce for 8 minutes or until thick.

While sauce cooks, bring 4 to 6 quarts of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook pasta until al dente and then drain.

Spoon pasta over serving plates and add alfredo sauce

Makes 2-3 large servings.
