1 T butter
1 T flour
1/2 c milk

1tsp minced onion
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4-6 slices bread cubes. No crust
1/2 c. Mayo
1Tbs lemon juice
1Tbs Accent or salt and pepper
1lb crab meat
Bread crumbs
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux using the first 3 ingredients. (Melt
the butter, add the flour and the the milk. Cook until smooth)
Once the roux is done add the next 3 ingredients.
Cool the mixture and add the remaining ingredients.
Top with bread crumbs cooked in butter.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
