3 c. Cut up cooked chicken
3 c. Frozen mixed veggies
1 can sliced potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup or chicken gravy(I prefer gravy)
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 c. Sour cream
2 c. Bisquick
1c. Milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the veggies for 5 minutes
In a 13x9 baking pan combine the first six ingredients. At this point you can add season salt, poultry seasoning, Italian seaoning, garlic or onion powder.
Combine the bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour it over the chicken mixture.
Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.

If making in a pie pan cut the recipe in half.
