Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Lasagna noodles
2-3 jars of spaghetti sauce
16-24 oz low fat ricotta
16-24 oz cottage cheese
2-3 bags of shredded mozzarella
Garlic salt
Oregano
Ground beef, meatballs or Italian sausage(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
The above ingredients make 2 pans of lasagna.

Depending upon the type of noodles either cook them or not.
Mix the ricotta, cottage and one pack of the mozzarella. Add garlic salt and oregano to taste.
In a baking or foil pan pour sauce to coat the pan. Add a layer of noodles. Spread in the cheese mixture. Add another layer of noodles and more sauce. You can add meat into any layer or just on top. Put shredded mozzarella on top. Put toothpicks in the lasagna and cover with foil. This is so that the cheese doesn't all stick to the foil. Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for an hour. The extra pan can be frozen before it's cooked.

Sides: salad and garlic bread.
