Directions:
Directions:
Heat the grill or oven to 375. Place the salmon on a piece of foil and top with a pat of butter and either a very thin slice of lemon or a little lemon juice. Close the foil up tight and put it on the grill or in a baking pan for the oven. Check the fish at 10 minutes and every 5 minutes or so until done. You can add vegetables to the foil packet if you want to( green beans, squash, etc.)
