10 c. broth (from pork, chicken, beef, turkey)
1 c. rice (whole grain, short grain, long grain, any kind)
chopped green onnion
slivered ginger
chopped cilantro
salt for seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice for a few hours.
Add soaked rice into broth and bring to boil and continue boiling on medium rolling boil until the rice opens. (Boiling prevents sticking to the bottom.)
Flavor with salt. Add chopped green onions, finely slivered ginger, and chopped cilantro.
