3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 sticks oleo, room temperature
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
5 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 cup 7-Up or Sprite

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
2-3 tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Cream sugar, Crisco, and oleo together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. After all eggs are added, alternately add flour and 7-Up; beat well. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Icing: Combine all ingredients and spread onto cake.
