1 c. cracker crumbs
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. sage
water
4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork chops on one side and place in a casserole dish with the raw side down. Mix the ingredients together and soften them by adding a little water at a time. Add a little water to the bottom of the casserole dish (to ensure that the chops brown). Place the cracker ingredients by spoonful onto the cooked side of the pork chops. Heat in the oven at 375º for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the chops and stuffing are brown.
