2-1/2 to 3 lbs. cut up chicken
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken in freezer bag with flour and salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in hot pan on medium high. Place chicken in pan once oil is hot, add more salt and pepper. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes on each side until brown. Cook in batches if necessary.
3. Add 1/2 cup of water to pan, than put a lid on to steam chicken until cooked through.
