Corn Tortillas
1 can Old El Paso Medium Enchilada sauce
1 can of tomato sauce
Chili powder
1 pound of Ground beef
Velveeta Cheese.
Diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Add enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder and about ½ cup of water. Keep on a simmer. Dip the tortillas in the sauce to soften them then layer them in a casserole dish alternating between tortillas, filling, onions and cheese. Continue with the layers until all the filling is used. You should end with a layer of cheese and extra to the top. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
