1 box lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 scoops dry lemonade mix
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour loaf pan. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat for three minutes at high speed. Scrape bowl often. Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly in center.

Icing: Thoroughly mix together powdered sugar, lemonade mix, melted butter, and hot water. Punch holes in cake and pour on cake while it is hot.

Maudine makes this with a different icing. She uses one cup ReaLemon juice and one box powdered sugar mixed together and poured on hot cake.
