1 Box White Cake (Yellow works as well)
2 eggs
1/2 C vegetable Oil
for base of bar

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 C chocolate chips
1/4 C butter or margarine
for gooey portion
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, and cake mix in blender. Spread 2/3 to cover bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

Combine condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Microwave about 45 seconds and stir. Everything should be melted together.

Pour chocolate mix on top of batter. Drop remaining bits of batter on top of chocolate in little clumps.

Bake 350 for 25 minutes. These are everyone's favorite when you bring them to a party. No leftovers!
