6 medium-size yellow squash
6 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs. beaten
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash in a small amount of boiling, salted water until tender; drain well, and mash with fork. Cook bacon until crisp; drain well and crumble, reserving drippings. Saute onion in reserved drippings.
Combine all ingredients, stirring well; spoon into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes.
