1/4 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend/sift next 4 ingredients together. All alternately with cream to egg mixture beginning and ending with flour mixture. Add bananas. Pour into buttered 9x13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350º.

Topping:
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Combine ingredients. Sprinkle over hot cake. Return to over broil for 1 minute until bubbly.
