4-6 pork chops with the bone
2 tbs cooking oil( I use evol)
Flour to dredge
I yellow onion sliced into rings
1 can of mushroom soup mix

Kosher salt
Black pepper
Cajun seasoning
Dried thyme( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Heat oil in large cast iron skillet
Mix flour,salt,pepper,Cajun seasoning and dried thyme(optional)
Dredge pork chops in flour mixture
Brown in skillet...both sides
Transfer to casserole dish or large baking dish
Using the same skillet, brown the onion rings until soft and caramelized
Transfer top of pork chops
Heat soup with one cup of water in a small sauce pan
Pour over pork chops and onions
Cover with foil and cook 45-55 minutes
