1 pound penne pasta, uncooked
1 cup fulled cooked cubed chicken breast
1 cup cubed ham
1-1/2 cups milk
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Cook pasta to al dente; drain and return to pan. Add chicken and ham. Preheat broiler. In medium pan combine milk, cream cheese and onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir into pasta mixture and add Swiss cheese. Transfer pasta mixture into a baking dish and top with panko crumbs; pour melted butter over crumbs. Broil until brown, 4 to 5 minutes.
