Note: Keep this dough in the fridge and use when ready.

Baking and spices:
Baking powder, GF 3 tsp
GF flour mix 9 1/2 cups
Salt 2 tsp
Yeast, fresh 80g
Dairy:
Milk 2 1/2 cups
Yogurt, plain 1 1/2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast. Let stand in a warm room until yeast activates about 10-15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Transfer yeast mixture to a mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well until you get a soft dough, similar to pizza dough (add more milk or water if necessary).
You can start using the dough immediately. Shape it any way you like, wait 15-20 minutes in a warm kitchen until it starts expanding. If you are using this for bread; after greasing your pans place the dough in the pans and let rise until doubled in size, and then pop in a hot oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Insert wooden skewer in the center and when it comes out clean bread is done. Remove from oven, take from pans and let sit until cool before cutting.
