2 (7 oz.) cans whole Ortega green chiles
2 c. coarsely grated Cheddar cheese (medium or sharp; 2% cheeses are OK)
2 c. coarsely grated Jack cheese (2% cheeses are OK)
3 eggs
3 c. milk (skim milk is good)
1 c. Bisquick (reduced fat is good)
salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chiles, then cheese in oblong pan or baking dish. Blend eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasonings together. Pour over chiles.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

Bake at 375°F .
