Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
4 T. butter or margarine (melted)

3 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese softened (low fat Neufchâtel works fine)
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs (room temp)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup mini chocolate chips (separated)
1 t all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
HEAT oven to 300°F.

Combine crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter; press firmly into bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

TOSS 1/2 cup chocolate chips in small bowl with flour to coat; stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips evenly over top.

BAKE 55 to 60 minutes or until set. I usually turn off the oven and let the cake sit in the oven till it cools, this helps keep it from splitting. Chill. Garnish as desired.

For best distribution of chocolate chips throughout cheesecake, do not over soften or over beat cream cheese.

You can split this recipe into 2 smaller springform pans just reduce the cooking time to 50 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is my signature Christmas gift for many wonderful long time friends including the Krankoski family. The last few years I have given it to your Mom and said "Here is Michelle's Cheesecake" as you have been known to have a hard time sharing any with the others on Christmas Eve. Does that sound familiar?

Enjoy!
