2 c Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp salt
1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
2 c Luke warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir mixture to thin paste. Cover and let sour for 2 or 3 days. Take out 1 cup and put in jar with holes in lid. Keep refrigerated. The night before you use the cup your have saved and 2 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 cups warm water. Stir, cover and let stand all night. The next day take out what the recipe calls for. Be sure to save 1 cup to keep in the jar in your refrigerator to keep your starter going. The older it gets the better it is.
