• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
• 2 tsp. minced ginger
• ¾ cup + 2 tbsp. water
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ½ tsp. chicken bouillon
• 1 tbsp. honey
• ¼ tsp five spice
• Few drops sesame oil
• 1 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:

In a small sauce pan mix together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ¾ cup water, honey, five spice, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Allow to simmer over a low flame for about 5 minutes. Before serving, mix together the remaining water and corn starch until smooth. Add to the sauce pan then turn to medium-high heat; the sauce will thicken. Once the mixture is the desired thickness remove from heat, then add to your stir fried meat and vegetables when ready. Enjoy!

Throw some meat and vegetables in a super hot pan, stir it up, and pour this sauce over it. It's a lot of ingredients, but the flavor is perfect, and better than most Chinese restaurants.
