Apples:
5 apples (peel, slice and toss with sugar and cinnamon)
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Batter:
2-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. soda
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 salt
Directions:
Directions:
Use a tube or bundt pan. Mix sliced apples, sugar and cinnamon; toss and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients well and alternate layers with apple mixture. Begin and end with batter. Bake 1-1/2 hours in 350º oven.
