1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery
1 lb. sausage (hot, mild, or regular)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 loaf French bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
The night before serving, slice french bread in half, then hollow out soft part of bread. Return the whole crust to bag and seal. Let bread dry out and crumble up. Brown sausage, onion, pepper and celery. Mix bread crumbs and sausage mixture. Line bottom half of bread crust with slices of cheese and stuff sausage mixture on top of cheese and bread crust. Top this with cheese slices and place top crust over all of it. Cover outside of bread with soft butter. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350º until cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
