Ingredients:  
2 lbs. round steak
3 lbs. potatoes (peeled and sliced)
8oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cans milk
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak; place in bottom of pan. Place potatoes on top of steak. Mix remaining ingredients and put on top of steak and potatoes. Bake in oven at 350º for one hour.

If I am in a hurry, I boil the sliced potatoes to just before tender and add to the mixture. Lynette
