Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 reg pkg Jimmy Dean’s Sausage
1 large onion ~ diced
1-2 pkg no boil lasagna noodles
2 cans tomato paste with garlic or italian (if you can’t find it use regular)
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Shredded 4 Cheese Blend
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown all the meat with the onion. Add in all the spices and stir to combine really well. Add in the tomato paste and mix well. Add in about half a can of water (the tomato paste can).

In a disposable deep dish pan start by putting a thin coat of the meat mixture over the bottom. You do not have to completely cover it, but you do need to cover it well. On top of that layer with the cheeses. I put a generous handful or so of the blend and the Colby Jack and then a light sprinkling of the parmesan (it has a stronger flavor). Next you put a layer of the noodles, being sure that they overlap at least a ¼ of an inch or so. Cover the entire pan, breaking and fitting pieces where needed. Keep layering meat, cheese then noodles to the top of the pan or the top layer that you get to. I usually an get about 3 layers out of it. The top layer of noodles should have only a thin layer of meat again kind of like you did on the bottom (most of the meat is in the middle). Add a generous amount of cheese to the top, being sure to cover it all. This will make the cheesy crust we all like.

Preheat the oven to 400°. Bake on a baking sheet for easy removal. Bake for about an hour to an hour and a half. You have to keep an eye on it to be sure the top does not get too brown. Generally an hour is about right depending on the oven. Allow to rest about 10 min before serving to let it set up.
