1 pint Vinegar, diluted
Butter
2/3 c Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Egg yolk, beaten
1 Egg white, beaten
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put vinegar in pot, add butter half the size of an egg, sugar, cornstarch and small amount of water, egg yolk and lemon juice. Cook until thick. Pour in the unbaked crust and bake till almost done. Remove and spread the beaten egg white over the top. Sprinkle with sugar and put back in oven to brown.
