5-6 lbs. brisket (Make sure it doesn't have too much fat.)
4 tbsp. liquid smoke

Sauce:
20 oz. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions:

Rub 4 tbsp. of liquid smoke on brisket on both sides. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake 8-10 hours overnight, usually 10 hours, in 275º oven. Refrigerate after baking. That evening the grease will rise and be hard. Pick out grease and throw away. Combine ingredients for sauce and simmer 15-20 minutes. Slice meat in thin slices and pour sauce over it. Cover and reheat for an hour and serve.
