13 oz. can evaporated milk
3 lbs. ground beef
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup onion, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients and shape into walnut size balls. Put into shallow pan one layer deep.

Sauce:
Combine last 4 ingredients and heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over meatballs and bake one hour in 350º oven. (I divide equally into two pans)
