5 slices bacon
1 medium onion cut into rings
2 1/2 C milk
10 oz frozen corn (2cups)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C diced potato, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potato in microwave in 1/2 C of water for 4 minutes. Cook bacon. Cook onion rings till tender. Stir in milk, corn, soup and potato. Bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt. Top each bowl of chowder with bacon. Makes 5 - 1/2 cups of soup.
