1/2 c All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 whole Fryer Chicken cut up
or Thighs about 3 lbs worth
1/2 c Butter melted and divided
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a bowl or bag combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper shake or stir to mix well. Add chicken and dredge coating the chicken well. Pour 4 tablespoons of butter into a 13 x 9 in baking pan. Place chicken in the pan and turn once to coat with butter.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.

Combine brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and curry powder and remaining butter.
Pour over chicken making sure to coat each piece well. Bake for 45 more min. or until chicken is done. Baste several times with pan drippings.

I grew up eating this chicken. My babysitter Mrs. Nona would make this for us and it is delicious! It's best with green beans, rice and fresh sliced tomato and cucumber (out of the garden if you can). Enjoy!
