1/2 lb. Spicy Breakfast Sausage (you can use whatever you like really)
1 1/2 c Baking mix such as Bisquick
1 c grated Gouda Cheese
1 c Dried Cranberry
1 Egg beaten
2 -4 tbsp Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown and crumble sausage in a skillet until it is thoroughly cooked and drain off excess fat.
In large bowl combine baking mix, cheese, sausage, cranberries, salt and pepper and mix well.

In a small bowl beat egg. Add egg to the large mix add milk one tablespoon at a time until dough forms a ball. Shape into biscuits and bake for 20-25 min. or until golden brown.
