2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 lb. butter
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Melt butter and soak breasts for 3 minutes. Roll and press mixture into each piece. Put in shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over top and bake for 45 minutes at 325º.
