3 Large Potatoes ( you can change and use 1/2 cauliflower & 1/2 potatoe)
1/4 white Onion
1 tsp olive oil
1-2 lb Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp worchester sauce
3/4 Cup Frozen Corn
3/4 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Cup Sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp chopped Fresh Parsley
1 Tbsp dried Thyme
4-6 Clove Garlic, minced
Shreddded asiago cheese
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Flour
2-3 spoon fulls horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Boil potatoes until tender
Mash potatoes with horseradish & garlic, add butter and milk.
Saute onion in olive oil, Stir in ground turkey, corn, peas, mushrooms, parsley, thyme, and 2 cloves garlic minced & Worcester sauce
Cook & stir until meat is broken up and cooked through.
Mix flour into turkey.
Add some chicken broth to the mixture and stir to make a thick gravy, you may have to add more flour.
Put turkey mixture into a deep dish pie pan or casserole dish, top with potatoes, top potatoes with paparika and asiago cheese.
Cook 375 degrees for 30 min it should be a bit brown on top.

If you are changing this to beef, cook beef then mix beef with corn starch or potatoe starch - 2 tbsp, use 2 packets of beef boulion, mix with 1 cup water (you might not use all of this) add to beef and simmer until the gravy is thick.
