3 cups chicken, cooked/boned/chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 onions, chopped
3/4 tsp. cumin
3 garlic cloves
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or thinly sliced
10 corn tortillas, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onions and garlic in oil. Add rest of ingredients, except for tortillas and cheese, to oil mixture. Layer as follows: half of tortillas, half of chicken mixture, and half of cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
