1 pkg. onion soup mix
10 oz. jar apricot jam
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
2-(3 lb.) frying chickens, disjointed(cut up)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup mix, jam and dressing in 5 quart oval roasting pan. Marinate chickens in jam mixture for one hour, turning occasionally. Cover pan. Bake at 375º for one hour or until chickens are tender.
