1 1/2 pounds chopped frozen spinach
2 ounces chopped onions
Teaspoon basil
Teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Tablespoon granulated garlic
Tablespoon salt
1 pound margarine
2 eggs
6 ounces parmesan cheese
12 ounces bread crumbs unseasoned

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add and cook onions to clear, add thawed spinach and spices.
Cook 5 minutes more, stir in eggs, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Refrigerate to cool.
Role into 1 ounce balls
Bread using flour, eggwash and bread crumbs.
Deep fry until brown.
