3 PKS. YEAST- 1/2 CUP WARM WATER
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
3 CUPS MILK
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 TB. SALT
5 EGGS
1/2 CUP SOFT BUTTER
9 CUPS FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, combine ingredients.
Knead flour 1 cup at a time until soft dough.
Let rest 20 minutes, roll out 1/4 in. thick.
Place in greased kucha pans or pie pans going up the sides.
Fill with fruit and custard or cottage cheese mixture or your favorite
filling. Bake till set and crust is golden brown.
