1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Milk
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp. Butter
5 Eggs
Powdered Sugar

A pan that can go from stove top to oven.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

Mix flour, milk, and salt.
Beat in eggs til smooth.
Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat.
Pour in the pancake batter and cook for approximately 5 minutes, carefully turn entire pancake before top is cooked.
Place pan in the oven for 6 to 10 minutes. Pancake will rise.
Remove from oven, butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
Cut into 4 wedges.
