6 lbs. Red potatoes-cut into chunks
2 c. Sour cream
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 c. Milk
4 to 8 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Parsley
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste.


Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and drain.
Return potatoes to pan and mash.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, butter, milk, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

Put into a large crock pot on low to serve later.

You may refrigerate these for up to 2 days ahead the mashed potatoes in the crock pot container. Start them in the morning on low for your holiday dinner.
