2-4 dried peppers like Spanish Ora's or cascabels
2 slices stale crusty bread
1 bowl cold water
3/4 c light Spanish olive oil like Arbequina
3-4 oz Marcona almonds
1 T. Sherry vinegar
4 cloves garlic coarse chop
Sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak peppers in cold water 2 hours. Seed and cut roughly.
Lightly toast almonds.
Cut up bread into cubes. Chop garlic
Place ingredients in processor and drizzle olive oil and vinegar.
Salt.
