1 lb tomatillos
2 Jalapenos
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion in 4 wedges
1/4 c. Rough chop cilantro
2 T. Lime juice
1 t. Agave
1 1/2 t. Salt
3/4 t. Pepper
Heat cast iron and sear tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic and onion until char about 5 min for tomatillos and garlic, then 8 min for jalapenos and onion.
Transfer to processor and let cool completely. Add cilantro, lime juice, and agave and pulse until chunky puree. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips
