1T cornstarch
1/4c sugar
2tsp orange peel
1/2 tsp salt
3tsp lemon juice
3/4c orange juice
1/4c butter
12 medium beets
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add remaining ingredients except beets and cook; stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thick and clear. Add Cooked beets (sliced) and heat through.
