2-3 lbs short pork ribs
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer ribs for one hour in water with pork or beef oxo cube.
Brown ribs & place in a casserole dish.
Mix ketchup, vinegar & sugar and pour over ribs. Add salt & pepper. Slow simmer on bake in 325º oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. If the sauce is thin, add a little cornstarch mixed in cold water. Enjoy. It's great with your favorite rice recipes.
